Surf Report – August 12, 2016

The surf increased a bit yesterday, then settled today in the waist to head high range. Good and glassy all morning and through lunchtime. At 2 PM a light seabreeze developed until about 4 PM, then the wind calmed and went light offshore again. I took the photos below after surfing all morning by myself, once the wind had flopped onshore after lunchtime. The wind was perfect timing actually, providing a cool breeze to help relax after surfing literally all morning. Tomorrow, Saturday, will begin quite a long run of swell, probably lasting at least until the end of the month. If you want good quality uncrowded surf and a unique Nicaraguan experience, email or call for availability, reservations or any other random question you may have. 014 013 010 009 008 007 004 003
